No. SafetAI can assist your vendors with strategy, architecture, or even design guidance and recommendations, including recommendations or evaluations of various AI or process improvement teams, yet SafetAI must stay out of the implementation process to reduce any actual or appearance of professional conflict.

How long does an evaluation take?
Most initial evaluations of an organization can take up to two days. Follow on work to ensure appropriate implementation depends upon the size and structure of the organization.

SafetAI offers the following facilitated AI strategy sessions for organizational leaders. These sessions are delivered on demand, and can be scheduled with a SafetAI team member.
AI Systems: Introduction

Training session that will introduce participants to the types of AI systems that are commercially available, how to identify AI tools that will benefit their organizations, and how to approach AI use policies in organizations. This training session is intended for decision and policy owners and available on demand.​​

Two (2) hour, in person or online training session for decision-owners going over the basics of AI systems, including:

An introduction to commercially available tools,

Half-Day Retreat: AI System Intro + Strategy + Safety

Technology and operations leaders can attend a half-day (4 hour) session that covers the content of the SafetAI Safety Level 1 and Safety Level 2 courses and facilitates a custom work session. This custom work session will allow organizational leaders and the system experts they support to achieve objectives such as:

Evaluating a specific system or AI augmentations being considered to a known member supported or impacted system,

Evaluating potential design constraints that will ensure safety while enabling innovation within any member vendor or partner organization, or
